Track Name: Equinox
Acting normal is a portable portal I report to
whether or not I`de even want to
I`m gonna fool you
Dear sunshine been a while since we last talked,
round about the time the landlord changed my flat lock,
glad that your back lots,
padlocked mad thoughts,
since we flipped down the laptop and shouted TAPS OFF
sorry caps lock on and I meant to say taps aff
like a plumber this summer we`re having the last laugh

so we shall see what we shall see
looks like we made it to equinox

acting normal is a portable portal I report to
whether or not I`de even want to
I`m gonna fool you
that late February sun,
zombies congregate and wobble under it stunned,
in many ways more potent than that late June sun,
less drinking fines and definitely less sunburn,
the Seasonal Affective Disorder gets distracted,
the January Blues have been sung and lambasted,
the mad march hare has hibernated and fasted,
a spring in our step as winter`s outlasted,
the best is yet to come and now we`re past the bad bit
Track Name: Brain Rocket (and the Evolution of Turtles)
it`s not rocket science all merits are dubious,
a flash in the pan from the dead pan curious,
bravado steeped in irony,
steamed up windows ( car-keys in the bowl) ,
zip it shut! close it up! kick down the door!
and glue together a little ship,
demolish each boat brick by brick,
Hollywood agent`s plastic sugeons,
(give them all a nobel prize)
Jabs and shots and GM crops it`s
(no surprise these people ain`t wise)
Camaraderie showboat fisherman,
senses weakness `n` sticks the boot in,
delicate flower - draped in poison,
she steals a glance then - reels the boys in,
I`de admire and hire the architect,
who burned his blueprint to light his cigarette x2
by the book structures - void and ludicrous,
it`s not rocket science all merits are dubious,
full ay this,
ludicrous,
who is this?
the turtle is 150 years old x 3
how do they know?
Track Name: Ramp Up The Theatre
a swarm of shopping trolleys these knights will fly by
to your left is a seagull to your right is a high-rise
the closest thing to human life is a condom on the beach
and a ramp up the theatre
the bar lies empty and the landlord`s ragin
the waste ground`s rampant and the factory`s vacant
the bus route is roulette pogo-hopping on a landmine
and a ramp up the theatre
the swing-park`s shutdown an abandoned warehouse
and coming up ahead is where the old mayor camps out
the good buy goodbyes and sell their hellos in the meadows
and a ramp up the theatre
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
yee-ha!
a way out!
